Inaugural online issue
As of June 2004, the District is publishing the Lower Minnesota River Watershed District News online, not in print, and quarterly, not just once a year.
This move to online publication has two aims:

To keep costs of publication down

To make the News a more timely and up-to-date source of information and education about your water resources
Look for new issues of the News every four months now — June, September, December and March.
