Steve Tapp, of the COE's Channels and Harbors Project Office in Ft. City, Wisconsin, reviews a hydrographic survey from the COE launch on the lower Minn. If shoals build up and restrict navigation, Tapp plans where dredging should take place. He then posts a notice of upcoming dredge cuts on the COE web site.
