LARRY SAMSTAD HONORED

At the annual conference of the Minnesota Association of Watershed Districts (MAWD), 5 December 2008, Scott County Manager (and former District Engineer) Larry Samstad was honored for his almost 50 years of watershed service.

The award is a plaque with appreciative inscription (left) and a clock (right).
