DISTRICT RECOGNIZED BY BOARD OF WATER & SOIL RESOURCES FOR 50 YEARS OF SERVICE
Board President Larry Samstad receives a plaque of recognition from BWSR's Board Conservationist Brad Wozney. The plaque thanks the District, which, founded in 1960, was the first in the nation, for 50 years of service to water management, the environment, and the people of the District. Larry Samstad has served the District, in several capacities, almost since the beginning.
